By downloading, installing, or using the SignDocuments mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

SignDocuments is a mobile application that allows users to electronically sign PDF documents, forms, and contracts on iPhone, iPad, and Mac devices. The App provides digital signature capabilities, document management, and secure sharing features.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
  • Ensure the accuracy of documents you sign using the App
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account and signatures
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App
  • Not use the App to sign documents fraudulently or without proper authorization

4. Electronic Signatures

By using SignDocuments to create electronic signatures, you acknowledge that:

  • Electronic signatures created through the App have the same legal effect as handwritten signatures
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into agreements electronically
  • You consent to conduct transactions by electronic means
  • You are responsible for verifying the identity of all parties to signed documents

5. Privacy and Data Security

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your documents and signatures, including encryption and secure storage.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, functionality, and content, is owned by SignDocuments and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal or business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIGNDOCUMENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SignDocuments operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
